Re:Wilding 10 Week Somatic Journey
Week commencing 01.09.25 we begin
RE:WILDING ✨ A 10 week life-changing Somatics journey for women ✨
It has been carefully designed to take you on a journey of restoring you, your nervous system & your life back to a place of authenticity. Reconnecting you with who you truly are, before all the external influences told you who you should be
It will be a journey of grounding, bringing you back into your body and into coherence with the land underneath your feet. Allowing you to feel not only a deep connection with self but with everything and everyone that surrounds you
Each week will be a live 75mins call alternating between a workshop style and a somatic movement class with more practical exercises. Daily prompts & tips will also be shared and it will be upto you how much or how little you bring into your daily life. You will be in community with like minded women who I am hoping you will connect deeply with as your journey unfolds together. Healing within community takes on a whole other level that differs to healing individually
Included is also a 1:1 90 mins intuitive healing session with myself. If you wish to have anymore 1:1 during the 10 week journey these will be offered at 50% off the normal rate (£70/60mins) I will also be on hand every step of the way to support you
I have written a Workbook over the last year which will be provided as part of the programme and contains as much knowledge as I’ve managed to articulate within it. You will be the first to read and receive it!
Marketing and promoting isn’t my forté, so I do hope I’m giving myself a chance in creating a success of this. I truly believe it’s a magical offering and I do hope those of you that feel the calling will feel the same!
