4 Class Pass for Somatic Movement & Release classes.
As a Somatic Trauma Therapist, I guide each session with a strong emphasis on safety, choice and nervous system awareness.
We begin with a slow, body-based meditation to support the nervous system to settle and arrive. From here, I gently guide the group into intuitive somatic movement using verbal cues rather than demonstration, inviting each person to listen inward and find movements that feel right for their body. The session builds up into a big release before we move back into rest and relaxation, allowing time for integration & grounding. The session closes with an optional group share, held in a supportive, trauma-aware space, with reflection and guidance from myself.
Each week explores a different theme, gradually building awareness, capacity and trust in the body.
No prior experience is needed. Movements are adaptable, led by sensation rather than form, and honour the wisdom of each individual body.
